1. Overview
Our mining rail explosive material transport vehicles are equipped with multiple inspection reports and patent certificates. The product is mainly composed of two parts: the upper part, which is a mining blast box made of 6-8 thick explosion-proof steel plates externally, 10 thick insulating wood boards internally, and 2 thick flame-retardant, shockproof, and antistatic pads; and the lower part, which is a material car suitable for tracks with 600, 762, and 900 gauge.
2. Product Highlights:
1) Single and multi-side door options available for handling explosive materials.
2) Double lock structure, featuring two cross-code locks and one mechanical code lock, has achieved anti-theft and anti-damage functions.
3) Equipped with four lifting rings at the top of the case for easy loading and unloading of products.
4) Customizable according to customer's requirements for tank containers and loading capacity.
3. Qualification Certificates: As this product is primarily used for underground and surface transportation in coal and non-coal mine blasting operations, our company has specifically applied for and registered the "Mining Standard." This includes the "Portable Explosive Hazardous Material Storage Box" with the 2022 new testing standards, as well as the "Public Security Ministry Testing Report," "Static Dissipation Testing Report," and "Explosion-Proof Testing Report," among other relevant certification reports. In response to different types of mining requirements, we have also obtained the "Coal Safety Certificate" and "Mine Safety Certificate" for 600mm, 762mm, and 900mm gauge, respectively. These reports have been verified for authenticity on the websites of relevant official agencies.
To ensure product after-sales service and quality requirements, our company has currently achieved unified standardization of the above test reports.
Special attention is drawn to the fact that a variety of non-standard products have emerged in the current market, with two prominent features being:
1) Certificate collage type: Refers to the situation where multiple companies collectively use documents such as the "Public Security Inspection Report," "Explosion-proof Inspection Report," "Static-proof Inspection Report," "Coal Safety Certificate," or "Mine Safety Certificate," rather than being held by a single company.
2) Certificate Mismatch Type: Refers to cases where the model numbers of key inspection reports such as the "Public Security Inspection Report," "Explosion-Proof Inspection Report," and "Static Electricity Prevention Inspection Report" are inconsistent.
3) Manufacturer has not passed ISO system inspection and certification; lacks a complete production process and quality inspection procedures.
Please carefully and diligently identify, esteemed new and old customers, to prevent the purchase of non-compliant products, which could pose significant safety hazards to the mine.
