1. Overview
Our mining rail explosives transport vehicles are equipped with multiple inspection reports and patent certificates. The product is primarily composed of two parts: the upper part, which includes an external 6-8mm thick explosion-proof steel plate, an internal 10mm thick insulating wood board, and 2mm thick flame-retardant, shockproof, and antistatic pads; and the lower part, which is suitable for tracks with 600mm, 762mm, and 900mm gauge.
2. Product Highlights:
1) Supports single and multi-side doors for easy handling of explosive materials.
2) Double lock structure, featuring two cross-code locks and one mechanical code lock, which has achieved anti-theft and anti-damage capabilities.
3) Equipped with four lifting rings on the top of the case for easy loading and unloading of products.
4) Customizable according to customer's requirements for drum sizes and load capacity.
3. Qualification Certificates: As this product is mainly used for transportation in underground and above-ground blasting operations in coal mines and non-coal mine shafts, our company has specifically applied for and obtained the "Mining Standard." This includes certifications for the "Mining Portable Explosive Hazardous Material Storage Box" with the 2022 new testing standards, along with "Public Security Detection Report," "Static Dissipation Detection Report," and "Explosion-Proof Detection Report," among others. In accordance with the requirements of different types of mines, we have also applied and been granted the "Coal Safety Certificate," "Mine Safety Certificate" for 600mm, 762mm, and 900mm gauge, respectively. These reports have been verified for authenticity on the websites of relevant official agencies.
To ensure product after-sales and quality requirements, our company has currently achieved unified standardization of the above test reports.
Special attention is drawn to the fact that a variety of non-standard products have emerged in the current market, characterized by the following two significant features:
1) Collated Certificate Type: Refers to the situation where the "Public Security Inspection Report," "Explosion-Proof Inspection Report," "Static Electricity Prevention Inspection Report," "Coal Safety Certificate," or "Mine Safety Certificate" are compiled and used by multiple companies, not held by a single company.
2) Certificate Mismatch Type: Refers to cases where key inspection reports such as the "Public Security Inspection Report," "Explosion-Proof Inspection Report," and "Static-Dissipative Inspection Report" have inconsistent model numbers.
3) Manufacturer has not passed ISO system inspection and certification; lacks a complete production process and quality inspection process.
Please exercise careful and thorough identification, valued new and old customers, to prevent the purchase of non-compliant products and to avoid posing significant safety hazards to the mining site.
