The KH-F Type Sliding Cover Applicator is a device for quickly curing sealed glass slides. The machine employs advanced microcomputer technology, ensuring the control system is more accurate, stable, and has strong anti-interference capabilities. It is suitable for medical colleges, hospital pathology departments, medical research units, as well as departments for the examination of animals, plants, and food.
Usage Instructions:
1. Arrange the organized slides neatly into the recessed frame on the workbench, with the numbered sections hanging at the edge of the worktable.
2. Remove the glue bottle and unscrew the cone cap, cut off a small piece at the cone tip, and drill a hole of an appropriate size at the top.
3. Place a small drop of glue on the tissue on the slide, then cover it with a cover slip. Gently press the cover slip with your finger to evenly spread the glue.
4. Turn on the machine's power switch, and with your left hand, sequentially insert the slides that have just been covered with cover glass into the left hole of the machine. After a few seconds, the slides will automatically be ejected from the right side, at which point the glue will be dry.
Cautionary Notes:
The power outlets must have a safe grounding wire.
