Spiral conveyor
Axial flow design, where general materials spiral upwards along the container wall and then converge towards the central depression, forming an upward and downward convection cycle. It also exhibits strong anti-adhesion properties. Suitable for mixing, heat transfer, and reaction dissolution operations involving high viscosity or powdered materials. The shape and number of the helical blades should be determined based on the container's geometric shape and liquid level height. Generally, J710 and J720 mixers are used for flat or elliptical-bottom containers; J740 and J750 mixers for 90° cone-bottom containers; and J760 mixers for elliptical-bottom containers where bottom adhesion needs to be prevented. Typically, double helical blades are used for larger diameters and higher liquid levels, while single helical blades are preferred for smaller diameters.
