Mineral powder mixer, the materials agitated vary greatly and are highly complex, including ores with true specific gravity around 5 and alloy powders with true specific gravity exceeding 8. The design of the mineral powder mixer must thoroughly consider the specific parameters of the materials, especially the parameters of specific gravity, solid content, and particle size. It's important to determine if there are lumps, whether it's a mineral powder mixture or anti-settling, if the filter cake needs to be broken up and mixed, and the viscosity level. These are all content that needs particular attention in the design.
Our company has handled a wide range of materials for mineral powder mixers. For instance, alloy particles with a true specific gravity of 8.3 and particle sizes up to 2mm require high mixing difficulty. We utilized a disk turbine mixer with strong shearing power to achieve the desired mixing effect. The mineral powder mixers we've produced have achieved a solid content of 70%, and we've designed a combined special mixer that successfully passed the trial run in one attempt.
