Thermal Conductivity Meter System is a compact, user-friendly instrument that, according to ASTM D7896-14 Hot Wire Method, can measure thermal conductivity over a wide range of temperatures and pressures. It is suitable for laboratory and on-site fluid analysis operations, including the measurement of thermal conductivity in nano-particle dispersed fluids. LAMBDA can operate independently or with a computer, equipped with an RS232 interface. Probes: The TPS 3500 Thermal Conductivity Meter is compatible with a variety of Hot Disk probes. Probes with radii ranging from 0.5mm to 30mm are suitable for all types of materials and testing applications. With an automatic probe changer, the system can connect multiple probes. Temperature Control: Automatic temperature step tests (isothermal steps) can be easily achieved by using an additional high-temperature furnace or temperature-controlled water bath. These additional equipment can be directly controlled using Hot Disk's dedicated thermal constant analysis software for convenience. Basic Configuration: The TPS 3500 basic configuration includes everything you need for testing, such as: the TPS 3500 thermal conductivity meter main unit; isotropic, one-dimensional, and structural probe test modules; a probe; insulating background material for single-sided test modules; stainless steel standard samples, and room temperature sample racks.
