Acoustic Enclosures (also known as soundproof rooms or noise-insulated rooms) are high-performance sound-insulating testing equipment developed for experiments and inspections. They are designed as sound-insulating test devices for products with testing requirements. Inside the acoustic chamber, an absorption treatment is performed to create a small, silent room. It is suitable for testing small-scale products, such as precision instruments and audio equipment.
The soundproof room is constructed with a seismic-resistant frame structure, featuring modular assembly for easy installation and disassembly.
2. The main body is structured with square steel, the outer panels are made of high-performance sound-insulating steel plates; the inner side utilizes porous sound-absorbing panels, incorporating sound-absorbing foam, sound insulation materials, and damping to effectively enhance the sound absorption coefficient and improve low-frequency noise reduction.
3. Sealing strips are used to seal the joint of closed doors and windows; aluminum alloy strips are pressed for the exterior seams of the soundproof room, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and practicality.
4. The soundproof room is a five or six-sided structure, with the sides sequentially being the feeding side, main operation side, discharge side, and rear operation side. Each side is equipped with transparent observation windows and operator access doors as needed, facilitating worker operations.
5. The finished product surface of the soundproof room can be equipped with a lifting door, driven by either a cylinder or mechanical transmission, with a lifting action interlock protection system. Protective devices and an audible and visual alarm are also set up to ensure the safety of the operators.
6. Soundproofed roof equipped with exhaust silencers or an air conditioning system.
7. Custom design and manufacturing available for composite sound-insulating panels, ranging from 50-300mm.
