I. Usage
Spiral conveyors, also known as augers, are equipment that uses a spiral shaft rotating blades to push materials for conveying. They feature a simple structure, reliable operation, ease of operation, and maintenance.
Section II: The main structure is also operational
The screw conveyor is composed of a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, a coupling (or sprocket and chain), a spiral shaft, intermediate hanger, bearing housing, trough, and support. The spiral shaft rotates through the reducer and coupling, causing the material entering the spiral shell to move along the trough without rotating with the spiral due to its own weight and friction against the shell, achieving smooth material conveyance.
Section 2, 219 Tube-Type Screw Conveyor with Axle Performance Parameters
Heng Tai Machinery's 219 tube-type shafted spiral conveyors are all made of national standard seamless pipes, available in materials such as carbon steel, manganese steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, and 310L stainless steel.
The shell thickness is generally 6MM, with increased thickness for materials subject to wear. Blades are made of 16Mn material, with thickness ranging from 4mm to 12mm, custom cut to customer specifications. Blade diameter is 187mm, pitch is 180mm, and allows an inclination angle of 60 degrees. Vertical usage height should not exceed 6 meters, and the maximum conveying distance is 25 meters. A middle suspended bearing is added every 3 meters, which has been significantly improved over the previous model products. The main material for the suspended bearing is chilled cast iron, known for its strong wear resistance and good practical performance, typically requiring no lubrication or maintenance, and can withstand working temperatures up to 260°C. Particularly suitable for conveying materials like cement, coal powder, fly ash, quicklime, slag, etc. The drive usually employs a cycloid reducer, and the motor is a first-tier brand. Both the motor and reducer can be customized according to customer requirements.
