Concrete Reinforcement Cutting Wall MachineMachine Installation
First install the track, then place the machine on the track. To facilitate horizontal wall cutting, the correct installation of the track is: the motor should face up and the blade should face down. During cutting, the rotation direction of the blade should be as opposite to the motor's operation as possible. This not only reduces the cutting time but also improves the cutting efficiency.
1. First, drill a hole for the expansion bolt at a position around 165mm from the self-cutting edge of the impact drill, with a diameter of 16.3-16.5mm and a depth of 55mm. This hole can only accommodate one M12 expansion bolt included with the machine. The track can be installed and used in any direction around this hole.
2. Clean out the small debris inside the holes with a pneumatic gun.
3. Insert an M12 expansion screw into the machine, then tap the expansion screw into place with a mallet and hammer it to secure the screw. Ensure that the expansion bolts are securely fastened in the holes; otherwise, the machine may move or fall off during operation. Use the expansion bolts and screws, as well as the fixed guide rails provided with this machine, and determine the number of expansion bolts based on the softness of the cutting surface. Track Secure firmly.
4. When installing the main unit, align it according to the forward indicator on the unit. Connect the speed controller and the plug in sequence, then turn the handwheel counterclockwise. The main unit will move along the track.
5. Insert the blade, the internal diameter of the main unit is 35mm. Hex screws for securing the blade Open-end wrench Tighten.
6. Align the blade with the cutting line and guide the track Adjust the horizontal positioning screws on the track with a hex wrench, moving them up and down to level the track. This prevents the track from derailing at the connection point.
7. Align the cable plug with the connection socket.
8. Insert the water pipe into the inlet valve and begin supplying water. Adjust the water flow to ensure it thoroughly covers the cutting surface.
9. Turn on the power switch on the control box. Open the main power switch.
10. Rotate the rotating knife handle wheel and slowly begin to cut. 1. Lower the blade to contact the object to be cut, start the cutting slowly, and once the desired depth is reached, rotate the feed handle wheel to continue cutting. (For motorized models, turn on the up/down or forward direction switch, adjust the motor speed, and perform electric cutting.) After cutting into the wall, adjust the cutting speed as needed based on the wall condition, and when encountering rebar, Perform at a slow, steady pace. If you cut too deep from the startOveruse can be detrimental to the machine and may reduce cutting speed.
11. Upon completion of the cutting, remove the main unit by itself onto the track and clean up the work area.
Pay attention to the operation of the cutting machine:
If the cutting piece is a thick structure with high hardness, it is recommended to cut it in two parts, that is, if the thickness of the cutting piece is20cm, initially cut to 10cm thickness: then cut to 10cm again. This cutting method not only enhances cutting efficiency but also reduces blade wear.
