Instructions for Use:

The grinding wheel machine must be tested with a megohmmeter of over 500 volts before use, and its insulation resistance must be no less than 0.5 megohms.

2. Before use, the parts of the grinding wheel machine should be thoroughly inspected for any damage or cracks due to transportation, and check for loose fasteners. Any issues should be repaired and tightened. Pay special attention to the absence of cracks in the grinding wheel. A light tap with a wooden mallet should produce a clear, crisp sound before it can be used.

3. Prior to use, the grinding wheel machine should be manually rotated to check for smooth and quick movement, and listen closely for any rubbing or grinding sounds.

4. The direction of rotation for grinding wheels and fans should match the direction indicator.

5. During operation, do not allow the workpiece to collide with the grinding wheel. Apply pressure gradually to prevent shock to the grinding wheel, avoiding explosion and accidental incidents.

6. The abrasive wheel machine guard is strictly prohibited from being removed except for the replacement of the abrasive wheel and maintenance repairs.

7. Two grinding wheels on medium grit wheel machine, the difference in their wear diameter does not exceed 20%.
