The driven abrasive wheel machine is suitable for marine use. It is a driven grinding wheel machine primarily used by general industrial, mining, foundry, and other enterprises for sharpening cutting tools. It is also suitable for grinding, deburring, and descaling small parts within a maximum distance of 1000 meters, in a humid tropical region where the relative air humidity does not exceed 95% and the surrounding environmental temperature does not exceed +40℃.

3. Select a grinding wheel that matches the speed of the machine's spindle, as indicated in the user manual. The new grinding wheel must have a factory certificate of conformity or a test mark. Do not use the grinding wheel if defects such as quality issues, hardness, grit size, or cracks are found before installation.

4. The grinding wheel machine is securely mounted with no loose or damaged screws.

5. The sizes of the abrasive wheel flanges are consistent, with their diameters not being less than 1/3 of the abrasive wheel diameter. The abrasive wheel should not be less than 1/3 of the abrasive wheel diameter.                  Flexible washers available. 

6. When tightening the nut, use a specialized wrench and do not over-tighten. Absolutely do not hammer it with a hard object to prevent the grinding wheel from cracking.

7. After the abrasive wheel is installed, a protective guard must be attached.

8. When starting a new abrasive wheel, do not rush. First, perform a point check, and only after a trial run of 5 to 10 minutes can it be used. Trainees are not allowed to change the abrasive wheel.

9. After the grinding wheel is turned on, it should run empty for 2 to 3 minutes before use.

10. Wheel vibration, lack of protective cover, blade holder wear, and not to be used when the fitting is not secure. The distance between the grinding wheel and the blade holder should be less than 3MM.

11. Do not apply excessive force or impact the grinding wheel when grinding workpieces or cutting tools. Grinding of workpieces that are difficult to handle due to their size, as well as non-ferrous and ferrous metals, is prohibited on the grinding wheel machine.

12. No two persons are allowed to work on the same grinding wheel simultaneously, and it is also prohibited to grind workpieces on the side of the grinding wheel.

13. During grinding, operators must not stand in front of the grinding wheel. They must wear protective goggles and dust masks. For workpieces that require longer grinding times, cooling should be promptly applied to prevent burning hands. It is prohibited to wrap workpieces with cotton threads or similar materials during grinding.

Regularly adjust the balance of the grinding wheel surface to maintain good condition.
