The XLP-100 electric stripping machine boasts the advantage of using a 220V voltage, which eases the electrical preparation at the joint site. Additionally, the machine weighs only 21 kg and comes with a handle for easy portability.II. Composition:

The XLP-100 Electric Peeler is composed of a handheld controller (1), an electric motor (2), a reducer (3), a rope drum (4), a rear fixed sleeve (5), a handle (6), and a robotic arm (7). The electric motor outputs power, which is then reduced by a carefully designed reducer to drive the rope drum. This movement causes the robotic arm at one end of the rope to extend and retract, thus completing the peeling operation.

The total length of the wire rope is 6 meters. When preparing for the stripping operation, pay attention to the distance between the stripping position and the fixed position of the stripping machine; it must not exceed 6 meters.

Before peeling with the stripping machine, use a fixed sleeve to secure the machine to a sturdy location. The stripping machine's maximum pulling force is up to 500 kg, so it needs to be sufficiently strong. If this is not possible on-site, reduce the width of each strip to decrease the pulling force.

The gripping force of the mechanical arm on the belt is proportional to the tension of the steel wire rope. Therefore, once the wire rope is tightened, the hand can release the handle, allowing the mechanical arm to move freely.
