Tape Peeling Machine  Wire Rope Core Stripper  Conveyor Belt Vulcanizing Stripper

    For stripping layers during conveyor belt splicing, especially suitable for nylon and canvas belt stripping. The nylon belt can strip layers up to a width of350mm. Enhance joint efficiency and alleviate labor intensity.

      The XLP-100 electric stripping machine's advantages include its use of 220V voltage, which reduces electrical preparation at the joint site. Additionally, the machine weighs only 21 kg and is equipped with a handle for easy portability.

Two,  Composition:

        The XLP-100 Electric Peeling Machine is composed of a handheld controller (1), an electric motor (2), a reducer (3), a rope drum (4), a rear fixing sleeve (5), a handle (6), and a mechanical arm (7). The power output from the electric motor is reduced through a meticulously designed reducer, driving the rope drum to move the mechanical arm at one end in and out, thereby completing the peeling operation.

    Total length of wire rope:6 meters, during the preparation of peeling operations, attention must be paid to the distance between the peeling position and the fixed position of the peeling machine; it must not exceed 6 meters.

       Before peeling with the stripper, use a fixed sleeve to secure the stripper to a sturdy location. The stripper's...   High tensile strength up to500 kilograms, so it needs to be sufficiently strong. If not achievable on-site, the width of each剥层剥取 can be reduced to decrease the tension.

III.  剥层 Operation

One person operates the handheld controller Button, one person

Tighten the wire rope at the manipulator end until the manipulator reaches the stripping point.

Insert the end into the space between the two plates, press down the handle to clamp the belt. Hold the button on the handheld controller to start peeling layers. The gripping force of the mechanical arm on the belt is proportional to the tension of the steel wire rope. Therefore, once the wire rope is tensioned, the operator can release the handle, allowing the mechanical arm to move freely.

 This stripping machine can strip off the layer from the nylon belt in one go.350mm (in the case of fractures along both sides of the stripping line). The width of the robotic arm is 250mm.

IV. Important Notes and Troubleshooting:

1. This剥层machine operates on an intermittent basis and is not designed for continuous, long-term operation.

2. In case of rope detachment, re-tie and organize the wire rope properly. Replace the rope if significant wear is present.

3. Schedule maintenance based on usage frequency, typically once a year. Apply calcium-based grease to all moving parts such as rollers, reducers, and bearings.
