Rope Head Peeling Machine Operation Instructions:

1. Align the conveyor belt centerline as per standard procedures, and then use a knife to cut and separate the corresponding joint area, peeling off a layer.

2. Place the conveyor belt剥头机 in the proper position and secure it with steel wire rope.

3. Power on.

4. Clamp the separated layer with a fixture, start the motor, and then use a blade to score the剥离 portion at the appropriate location.

After peeling off the first layer, repeat the above steps to peel off the second, third, and so on.
