Electric sliding gates feature electric actuators with overload protection to prevent motor burnout, allowing for remote operation or programmable control, with adjustable reciprocating travel for position locking. Electro-hydraulic sliding gates use electro-hydraulic actuators with full hydraulic drive, enabling stepless speed control for both thrust and pull. Pneumatic sliding gates use pneumatic actuators, which can be remotely operated or locally controlled through component assembly.
Operating Principle
The palate gate utilizes an electro-hydraulic actuator, featuring full hydraulic transmission with infinite speed adjustment for both thrust and pull forces. The gate is operated manually or by an actuating mechanism that moves the lever, causing the gears to rotate the sector gate around the axis, allowing the two sector gates to open to the sides, and the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuating mechanism moves the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material.
Usage Instructions
The palatal gate, please note the medium flow direction marked on the gate body during installation. When connecting the flanges, add sealing washers and then tighten the bolts evenly.
