If all gates are equipped with electro-hydraulic rotary actuators or electro-hydraulic push rods as the power source, they can achieve quick and flexible opening and closing, while also offering load-starting capability and overload protection. This prevents motor burnout, ensuring smooth and reliable operation of the equipment. The entire unit is compact, lightweight, energy-efficient, low-noise, and easy to install.
3. Full-liquid power transmission, with both thrust and pull force capable of infinite adjustment, offering a wide driving force range. The reciprocating stroke can be adjusted, with the position automatically locked. Flow control of the gate is achieved by adjusting the gate opening degree.
4. Low investment. All models of gates are designed and produced in a standardized and serialized manner, which is conducive to cost reduction. Each individual gate can be equipped with one or several electro-hydraulic rotary drives or electro-hydraulic push rods, enabling full hydraulic transmission. There is no need for a dedicated hydraulic station or any auxiliary equipment.

Application Scope
1. All gates are suitable for various bulk materials such as ores, coal, coke, slag, chemicals, etc., with a specific gravity of ≤ 2.5t/m3. When used in corrosive or high-temperature conditions, the material of the gate can be replaced. In explosion-proof areas, XDGB type electro-hydraulic push rod or DYQB type explosion-proof electro-hydraulic rotary drive can be used.
2. The A and B type Tee Diverters can directly connect the top flange to the bottom of the conveyor belt machine's hopper or other equipment's discharge interface. The C, D, and E type Tee Diverters have the same connection method, but they are generally used under conditions of a heap specific gravity ≤ 2.8t/m3, with high abrasiveness and harsh working environments. Their structure and dimensions are larger (the liners are also thicker), making them heavier, and additional support is required when in use. The A, B, C, D, and E type Tee Diverters can all achieve bidirectional switching and分流 of materials.
The DBSF type electro-hydraulic swing check manifold separator utilizes an inner sleeve reversing structure, separating the material from the manifold housing. This prevents material from accumulating and forming scale on the shell walls, eliminating the issue of the sleeve getting stuck and not turning smoothly. It also avoids material leakage and mixing, offering flexible and effortless operation.
