The鄂式valve is manually or mechanically actuated by a lever, causing the gears to rotate the sector gate around the axis, thereby opening the two sector gates to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material. The jaw type gate valve is suitable for dry bulk materials with a specific gravity of 2.5t/m³, such as various ores, coal, coke, slag, and chemical products, and is widely used in industries like building materials, metallurgy, chemicals, and glass for bottom unloading of storage facilities.

Section II:鄂式 Valve Structural Characteristics:

The鄂式闸阀 consists of the main body, a sector gate plate, shaft, gears, seals, and an actuating mechanism. The gate is opened by manually operating or actuating the lever, which drives the gears to rotate the sector gate plate around the shaft, causing the two sector gate plates to open to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuating mechanism then moves the lever to reset the sector gate plate, closing off the falling material.

Section 3:鄂式阀 Operation Instructions:

1. Please note the medium flow direction marked on the gate body during installation. When connecting the two flanges, add a sealing gasket and then tighten the bolts evenly.

2. Please identify the switch direction of the butterfly valve during operation, and ensure the actuator is properly wired.

3. Regularly apply lubricant to all transmission parts during operation.
