2. Working Principle: The electro-hydraulic flat gate is mainly composed of a frame, screw nut, handwheel (chain wheel), and gate plate. As the handwheel rotates, the screw drives the screw nut and gate plate to move back and forth horizontally, achieving the opening and closing of the valve.

4. Structural Features:
Electro-hydraulic flat gate structure is simple, operation is flexible, lightweight, free from jamming, and quick to cut off. It is particularly suitable for various solids and powders without viscosity, as well as granular materials with a diameter less than Φ10mm. It is used for the conveying and flow regulation of granular materials, with installation not restricted by angle, easy operation, and the ability to adjust the opening at any time. The valve comes in two operating modes: handwheel and chainwheel. Type I is the handwheel, and Type II is the chainwheel. It has two structural forms: one-way and two-way. LZD stands for one-way, and LZS for two-way.
