2. Seal Effect: The overflow prevention skirt board features a double-layered seal integrated structure of a flat plate + skirt edge. The flat plate is tightly adhered to the side of the guide material groove, contacting the belt at the bottom to prevent material overflow; the skirt edge is flipped outward, allowing for Angular rotation, utilizing rubber plate elasticity, automatically tracks the belt, maintaining tight contact at all times, offering excellent sealing performance.
The skirtboard's sealing edge features a single-sided arc transition, which prevents damage to the belt and skirt during belt misalignment and allows for automatic restoration to its original position.
4. Each side of the material chute is constructed as a single unit, matching the length of the chute, to prevent air leakage at the joint.
Double-sealed anti-spill apron installation
Quickly secure the skirt panel with angle aluminum and clamps:
1. Angle aluminum (100mm x 100mm) is formed in one piece, made of solid aluminum, with a beautiful appearance and no rust. The top is cylindrical and securely locked in the clamp, ensuring it does not come off.
2. The clamp base is welded to the outer side of the conveying channel, with the slide channel extending into the base, allowing the clamp to move appropriately left and right along the base.
3. Rotate the manual clamping handle manually, push it all the way up (down) when appropriate, to apply sufficient pressure to the diagonal aluminum, maintaining the skirt panel position, while ensuring the clamping handle remains secure and does not loosen or fall off.
4. Clamps are hot-dipped galvanized, lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and made of stainless steel.
5. Fasteners are made of 304 stainless steel. Rust, suitable for dark·For use in damp conditions, even under brief water rinsing.
The clamp base requires welding during the initial installation, but for all subsequent processes and panel replacements, no tools are needed. Installation and removal are extremely convenient and quick.
