1. Overflow skirt board material:
Composite of polyurethane and natural rubber, contacting part with the belt(Predominantly for sealing purposes) Made of polyurethane. The polyurethane is cast from imported powder, offering superior wear resistance compared to extrusion methods, longer service life, and does not harm the belt.
2. Seal Effectiveness:
Anti-slip skirt board with straight plate+The skirt edge features a double-sealed integrated structure, with the flat plate tightly adhering to the side of the material guide channel, and the bottom in contact with the belt to prevent material overflow; the skirt edge is flipped outwards and can rotate within a certain angle, utilizing the elasticity of the rubber plate to automatically track the belt, maintaining a tight contact with the belt at all times, demonstrating excellent sealing performance.
3. The skirt board's sealing edge utilizes a single-sided arc transition. In case the belt drifts, it won't damage the belt or the skirt edge and can automatically return to its original position.
4. The side panels of the material guide channel are made as a single unit to the same length as the guide channel, to prevent air leakage at the seam.
