YThe type overflow skirt is a double-layer structure, mounted at the bottom of the belt conveyor feed channel with a quick clamping mechanism, used for sealing between the conveyor belt and the feed channel.

Reason for choosing the product:

Currently, the side seals of most conveying channels are made from standard rubber strips, which are fixed to one side of the channel using angle iron and locking devices. The rubber strips have poor wear resistance and become severely worn after a period of use, resulting in gaps that prevent tight contact with the belt surface. This ultimately leads to material overflow and affects the surrounding environment.

Made of a composite of polyurethane and natural rubber, the part in contact with the belt (mainly for sealing) is polyurethane. The polyurethane is cast using imported powder, offering superior wear resistance and longer service life compared to that made by extrusion, without damaging the belt.

　　2Sealing Effect:

The anti-spill apron features a double-sealed one-piece structure with a flat board and apron edge. The flat board is tightly adhered to the side of the chute, contacting the belt at the bottom to prevent material overflow. The apron edge is flipped outward and can rotate within a certain angle, automatically tracking the belt with the elasticity of the rubber board, maintaining a tight contact with the belt at all times, demonstrating excellent sealing performance.

　　3The skirtboard features a single-sided curved transition for the sealing edge, ensuring that the belt will not be damaged or distorted during misalignment, and it can automatically return to its original position.

　　4Each side skirt board of the material guide channel is made as a whole according to specifications, matching the length of the guide channel to prevent air leakage at the seam.
