Shipyard Scale Oxide Skin Polishing Machine, Hand-Pushed Grinding Wheel Polisher, Metal Sheet Polishing Machine
The grinding wheel machine must rotate in the correct direction, allowing the chips to fly away from the wheel downward only.
After the grinding wheel machine is started, the grinding operation should be performed only after the machine has rotated smoothly. If the machine exhibits significant vibration, it should be stopped and adjusted immediately.
The abrasive wheel machine bracket and abrasive wheel should maintain a distance of 3mm to prevent workpieces from piercing and causing accidents.
During grinding, stand on the side of the grinding wheel machine and avoid applying excessive force.
5 Select a grinding wheel that matches the speed of the grinding machine's spindle, as specified in the instruction manual for the grinding wheel use.
6 New grinding wheels must have a factory certification or inspection mark. Do not use the wheel if any defects such as quality, hardness, particle size, or cracks are found before installation.
When installing the grinding wheel, the clearance between the inner hole of the wheel and the main shaft should not be too tight. It should be adjusted according to the technical requirements for loose fit, generally controlled between 0.05 and 0.10 millimeters.
8 The abrasive wheel must have flanges on both sides, with a diameter not less than one-third of the wheel's diameter. A gasket should be properly placed between the wheel and the flange.
When tightening the bolt, use a specialized wrench and do not over-tighten. Absolutely avoid hammering with hard objects to prevent the sanding wheel from cracking.
After the 10 grinding wheels are installed, protective guards, baffles, and brackets should be attached. The gap between the baffles, brackets, and grinding wheels should be maintained within 1 to 3 millimeters and slightly below the center of the grinding wheel.
Do not rush when starting a new abrasive wheel. First, make a point check, and only after a 5-10 minute trial rotation can it be used.
Do not apply excessive force during the initial grinding to prevent uneven distribution of the abrasive wheel and potential accidents.
13 Prohibit grinding materials such as copper, lead, wood, etc., to prevent sandwheel clogging.
When sharpening, the person should stand on the side of the grinding wheel, and it is not allowed for two people to sharpen on the same wheel simultaneously.
15 Long-durational knife sharpening requires timely cooling to prevent burning hands.
Regularly adjust the balance of the grinding wheel surface to maintain good condition.
17 Knife sharpeners should wear protective goggles.
