High-speed sprue dresser, diamond abrasive wheel machine, 5.5 kW it drives cast iron workpiece grinder
The driven grinding wheel machine features common requirements of grinding machinery, such as high rotational speed, simple structure, wide applicability, and is generally operated manually.
The working principle:
It is a driven grinding wheel machine without its own drive system. During operation, it relies on external power to drive its rotation. Generally, an electric motor is used to power the grinding wheel via a belt, ensuring it rotates at the specified speed.
Driven abrasive wheel machine and dust collector:
The driven abrasive wheel machine can also be connected with a dust collector for environmental dust removal. When the equipment is turned on, both the abrasive wheel and the dust collector start simultaneously. The dust particles generated during the workpiece grinding are drawn into the sedimentation chamber by the negative pressure suction of the fan. Large and heavy particles of dust fall directly into the ash drawer, while fine dust is carried by the air flow into the filter box. When passing through the filter bag, the dust sticks to and falls with the dust on the filter core into the ash discharge tray. The striking time can be adjusted.
Grinder Structure: Primarily composed of a base, abrasive wheel, electric motor or other power source, bracket, guard, and water supply, the abrasive wheel is set on the top surface of the base. The base internally provides space for accommodating the power source. The power source drives a reducer, which has a drive shaft extending through the top of the base for securely attaching the abrasive wheel. The bottom position of the base corresponding to the abrasive wheel features a concave water collection area, which extends outward. The water supply unit is located above one side of the grinding wheel, featuring a compartment for containing water and an outlet on the side corresponding to the grinding wheel. The overall transmission mechanism is highly simplified and complete, making the grinding process more convenient and smooth, and enhancing the overall efficiency of the grinding wheel machine. The grinding wheel is fragile and has a high rotational speed; strict adherence to the operating procedures is required when in use. Operation Procedure.
