3. Select a grinding wheel that matches the spindle speed of the grinding machine, according to the manufacturer's instructions. The newly acquired grinding wheel must have a factory certification or a test mark. Do not use the grinding wheel if any defects such as quality issues, hardness, particle size, or cracks in appearance are found before installation.

4. The grinding wheel machine is securely mounted, with no loose or damaged screws.

6. When tightening the nut, use a specialized wrench. Do not over-tighten it, and strictly avoid hammering with hard objects to prevent the grinding wheel from cracking.

7. After the grinding wheel is installed, a protective guard must be fitted.

8. When starting a new abrasive wheel, do not rush. First, perform a point check, and only after a trial run of 5 to 10 minutes can it be used. Trainees are not allowed to change the abrasive wheel.
