The driven grinding wheel machine is characterized by certain common requirements of grinding machinery, as well as high speed, simple structure, wide applicability, and is generally operated manually.

The working principle:

It is a driven grinding wheel machine without its own drive system. It relies on an external power source to power its operation. Typically, it uses an electric motor driven by a belt to drive the grinding wheel, ensuring it rotates at the specified speed.

It drives grinding wheels and dust collectors:

The driven grinding wheel machine can also be connected with a dust collector for dust removal and environmental protection purposes. When the equipment is turned on, both the grinding wheel and the dust collector start simultaneously. The dust particles generated during the workpiece grinding are drawn into the sedimentation chamber by the negative pressure of the fan. Large and heavy particles of dust fall directly into the ash drawer, while fine dust is carried by the air flow into the filter box. When passing through the filter bags, the dust adheres to the dust on the filter core and falls into the ash discharge tray. The vibration time can be adjusted.
