It is a driven grinding wheel machine that does not come with its own drive system. It relies on an external power source to operate and turn it on. 2. The driven abrasive wheel machine is suitable for marine use. It features an aesthetically pleasing design, simple structure, ease of use, and excellent performance, making it a commonly used equipment in general industrial and mining enterprises (right figure: a photo of the driven abrasive wheel machine).

It is mainly used for general industrial, mining, and foundry enterprises to grind and sharpen cutting tools, and also for deburring and surface finishing of small parts up to 1000 meters in length, in wet tropical regions with relative air humidity not exceeding 95% and ambient temperatures not exceeding +40℃.

3. Select a grinding wheel that matches the spindle speed of the grinding machine according to the manufacturer's instructions. The newly purchased grinding wheel must have a factory certification or inspection mark. Do not use the grinding wheel if any defects such as quality issues, hardness, particle size, or cracks in appearance are found before installation.

4. The grinding wheel machine is securely installed with no loose or damaged screws.

5. The sizes of the abrasive wheel flanges are consistent, with their diameters not less than 1/3 of the abrasive wheel diameter, between the abrasive wheel and the deck.                  Flexible washers available. 

6. When tightening the nut, use a specialized wrench. Do not overtighten, and strictly avoid using a hard object for hammering to prevent the grinding wheel from cracking.

7. After the grinding wheel is installed, the protective guard must be fitted.

8. When starting a new abrasive wheel, do not rush. First, make a brief test to check it, and only after a trial run of 5 to 10 minutes can it be used. Trainees are not allowed to change the abrasive wheel.

9. After the grinding wheel is turned on, it should be allowed to run idle for 2 to 3 minutes before use.

10. No protective guard on the grinding wheel, worn blade holder, and not to be used when the fixture is not securely fastened. The distance between the grinding wheel and the blade holder should be less than 3MM.

11. Do not apply excessive force or impact the grinding wheel when grinding workpieces or cutting tools. It is prohibited to grind workpieces that are difficult to handle by hand, either too large or too small, as well as non-ferrous and ferrous metals, on a grinding wheel machine.

12. It is prohibited for two individuals to work simultaneously on the same grinding wheel, and workpieces should not be ground on the side of the wheel.

13. During grinding, the worker must not stand in front of the grinding wheel. Protective goggles and dust masks should be worn. For workpieces that require longer grinding times, cooling should be applied promptly to prevent burning. It is prohibited to wrap the workpiece with cotton or similar materials for grinding.

14. Regularly adjust the balance of the grinding wheel surface to maintain optimal condition.

15. Replace the grinding wheel immediately when it reaches the specified size of wear; otherwise, usage is prohibited.
