Instructions for Use

1. Wheel grinder guard                  Comprehensive and sturdy; do not start the machine if the protective cover is not properly installed. Power switch assembly is correct.  

2. Operator                  Wear protective goggles and secure long hair after completing necessary safety measures before commencing work. 

3. Individuals unfamiliar with the performance of grinding wheels should not operate the grinding wheel machine.

4. Before operating the grinding wheel machine, carefully inspect for any debris between the machine and the protective guard. Only start the grinding wheel machine after confirming there are no issues. 

5. Do not use an abrasive wheel grinder if it is severely worn due to long-term use.

6. Grinder malfunction due to poor maintenance; shaft vibration and incorrect installation.                                                                      Upon requirement, do not start. 

7. When replacing the grinding wheel,                  After careful selection, please inspect the appearance of the grinding wheel for any defects or cracks before installation. Gently tap with a wooden mallet and listen for a clear, pure sound. Do not use the wheel if the sound is harsh or if there is poor fit between the wheel shaft and the wheel bore.  

8. When tightening screws on the grinding wheel, apply even pressure. Do not use a hammer to install, and do not force the grinding wheel onto the spindle or alter its center hole size. Do not overtighten or loosen the nut excessively. Place a 2mm or less thick absorbent paper or other compressible material between the grinding wheel and the green plate. 

9. After new grinding wheels are powered on, wait 15 minutes for them to run empty before leaving the front. For pre-installed grinding wheels, wait 3 minutes after powering on before leaving the front. Only use the wheels once they are operating normally. 

10. Do not allow two people to use the same grinding wheel simultaneously. Absolutely do not grind on the side of the wheel. Do not overcompress the workpiece on the wheel. Do not grind materials that are not suitable for grinding. When grinding, the operator should stand on the side of the grinding machine, not directly in front of it, to prevent the wheel from cracking and causing an accident. 

11. If the grinding wheel is clogged or smooth, underperforming, and prone to overheating, please sharpen it immediately. When there is imbalance, do not over-press, and use a grinding wheel dresser to correct it right away. 

12. The dedicated grinding wheel for tool grinding must not be used to grind any other workpiece or material.

13. No grinding on the grinding wheel machine for small, large, or poor quality workpieces. Especially, hold small workpieces securely to prevent them from being jammed into the machine or between the grinding wheel and the tray, which could crush the wheel.

14. The grinding wheel must not come into contact with water. It should be kept dry at all times to prevent it from becoming unbalanced after getting wet, which could lead to accidents.

15. After grinding wheels are worn thin or reduced in size, they should be replaced promptly. The thickness and size can be determined by experience to ensure                                                                      Based on principles.
