Handheld Sanding Belt Grinder, Flat Weld Seam Polishing Machine, Weld Seam Sanding Belt Grinder
Operation Procedure
The grinding wheel machine must rotate in the correct direction, allowing the abrasive particles to fly away from the wheel downward only.
After the grinding wheel machine is started, grinding should only be performed once the machine has rotated smoothly. If the machine exhibits significant vibration, it should be stopped immediately for adjustment.
Keep a 3mm distance between the abrasive wheel stand and the abrasive wheel to prevent workpieces from being pierced and causing accidents.
When grinding, stand on the side of the grinding wheel machine and avoid excessive force.
5 Select a grinding wheel that matches the spindle speed of the grinding machine according to the instructions provided.
6 New grinding wheels must have a factory certificate of conformity or inspection and test mark. Do not use the wheel if any defects such as quality, hardness, grain size, or cracks in appearance are found before installation.
When installing the grinding wheel, the clearance between the inner hole of the wheel and the main shaft should not be too tight. It should be adjusted according to the technical requirements for loose fit, generally controlled between 0.05 and 0.10 millimeters.
8 The grinding wheel must be equipped with flanges on both sides, with a diameter not less than one-third of the grinding wheel. A gasket should be properly placed between the grinding wheel and the flange.
When tightening the nut, use a specialized wrench. Do not overtighten, and strictly avoid using a hard object for hammering to prevent the grinding wheel from cracking.
After the 10 grinding wheels are installed, protective guards, baffles, and brackets must be fitted. The gap between the baffles, brackets, and the grinding wheels should be maintained within 1 to 3 millimeters and slightly below the center of the grinding wheel.
Upon starting a new abrasive wheel, do not rush. First, perform a point check, and only after a 5 to 10-minute trial rotation can it be used.
Do not apply excessive force during the initial grinding to avoid uneven stress on the grinding wheel and potential accidents.
13 Prohibit grinding materials like copper, lead, and wood to prevent sanding wheel clogging.
When sharpening knives, the person should stand on the side of the grinding wheel, and it is not allowed for two people to sharpen knives on the same wheel at the same time.
15 Long knife sharpening time should be promptly cooled to prevent burning hands.
