Under normal circumstances, the belt conveyor transports materials from the upper level and returns them from the lower level. Due to the impact of materials and changes in conveying volume, the upper belt tends to deviate more severely than the lower one. Structure Composition: The mining-type hydraulic adjuster is primarily composed of mining left and right drive devices, mining hydraulic cylinders,K-type oil tube assembly, swing bracket, and fixed bracket make up the unit. (The inspection drive unit is mainly composed of inspection drive wheel, oil pump, integrated valve assembly, oil tank, oil suction filter, etc.)
Operation Principle: When the belt drifts, the edge of the belt contacts the drive wheel on the drive detection device, which drives the wheel to rotate the oil pump. The oil pump draws hydraulic oil from the oil tank of the detection device, and the pressurized oil is output through the integrated valve group on the detection device and enters one working chamber of a special hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic oil in the other working chamber of the cylinder returns to its oil tank via another integrated valve on the detection device (the two detection devices are connected through a piping assembly to achieve a closed-loop circulation), realizing the reciprocating motion of the special hydraulic cylinder. This drives the swing bracket to pivot forward and backward for belt alignment, ensuring the belt runs within the set width range, preventing belt drift, tearing, shutdown, and spillage, thereby guaranteeing the normal operation of the belt conveyor.
