Issues, analyzed and researched the structural principles of various belt tensioners, integrated advanced hydraulic technology, finally developed an automatic, belt tensioner. The hydraulic alignment device can automatically detect and adjust belt misalignment, ensuring the belt always runs within the set range. The use of an automatic hydraulic alignment device can eliminate issues such as inaccurate installation, poor operation, material impact, load changes, and belt misalignment in conveyor belts. Non-uniform elongation between cross-sections causing belt deviation. 

 

   Hydraulic alignment device requires no power, features automatic adjustment, simple structure, reliable performance, and easy installation. It can be used in any harsh conditions. Operates in various environments: Resistant to water, dust, and material impacts, without damaging the belt. 

 

Working Principle & Model Description

The hydraulic alignment device is composed of a driving wheel, an oil pump, a compound cylinder, an oil pipe assembly, and a fixed frame. As the belt runs, Occasionally, the belt comes into contact with the drive sprocket, which rotates the oil pump, outputting pressure oil to control the reciprocating motion of the drive cylinder, thus driving Misalignment of the idler roller, causing the linear motion direction of the idler roller to form an angle with the belt's motion direction, generating frictional force to drive Drive belt, ensuring the belt operates consistently within the set range to prevent material spillage and misalignment between the belt and the frame of the belt conveyor Friction tearing tape for the purpose of ensuring the normal operation of the belt conveyor.

Structural Principle

Refer to the attached illustration, on the rackA set of idler rollers 2 has two vertically mounted driving and checking wheels 3 on both sides at the same height. The shaft of the driving and checking wheel 3 is connected to the power input shaft of the oil pump 4. Two fixed brackets 5 secure the driving and checking wheels 3 on both sides to the side frames 1. A compound oil cylinder 6 is set between the idler roller 2 and the left fixed bracket 5, with its tail hinged to the fixed bracket. The piston rod of the compound oil cylinder 6 is hinged to the rotating part of the left side of the idler roller 2's frame. Oil pipes connect the oil outlet of the oil pump 4 to the oil outlet at the tail of the compound oil cylinder 6. As shown in the figure, when the belt 7 runs in the forward direction, if the belt 7 runs off to the left, it triggers the left driving and checking wheel 3, causing the left oil pump to quickly output pressure oil. This oil flows through the oil route assembly block of the compound oil cylinder 6 into the rodless cylinder chamber, pushing the piston and piston rod. The hydraulic oil in the rod chamber returns through the oil route assembly block to the oil tank of the compound oil cylinder. The piston rod extends quickly, pushing the idler roller 2 to rotate clockwise (i.e., the left side of the idler roller 2 tilts forward), driving the belt 7 to run to the right and remain centered. If the belt 7 runs off to the right, it triggers the right driving and checking wheel 3, causing the right oil pump to output pressure oil. This oil enters the rod chamber of the cylinder through the oil route assembly block of the compound oil cylinder 6, pushing the piston for the piston rod to retract. The hydraulic oil in the rodless chamber returns through the oil route assembly block to the oil tank of the compound oil cylinder 6. The piston rod retracts quickly, pulling the idler roller 2 to rotate counterclockwise (i.e., the left side of the idler roller 2 tilts backward), driving the belt 7 to run to the left and remain centered.

Selection Guidelines 

 

l. The hydraulic alignment devices come in two major series.

 

(1) Series I, suitable for TD75 belt conveyors.

 

(2) H series, suitable for DTII belt conveyors.

 

2. The belt conveyors are divided into upper and lower belt alignment devices based on the two layers of the belt.

 

3. Based on the one-way and two-way transportation of belt conveyors, they are categorized into one-way adjustment devices and reversible adjustment devices.

 

4. Specifications and Parameters

   Selection:Users of DTII type belt conveyors must provide the middle frame location, roller part number, or roller diameter and roller groove angle.

 

The TD75 type belt conveyor users only need to provide the belt width.

 

5. For easy operation and reliable performance of the adjustment device, it is recommended that users choose the special alignment roller provided by our factory.

 

Installation 

 

1. The hydraulic alignment device should be installed at the location where belt deviation correction is needed. Please refer to the user manual before installation.

 

2. The hydraulic adjustment device uses hydraulic oil HM-32, with an oil filling filtration accuracy of 209 Pm.

 

3. For convenient and quick refueling, our factory offers a dedicated manual refueling pump for customer selection. The pump is compact in structure and easy to operate. Currently, there are two models available: TQJY-20 and TQJY-10, with the numbers 20 and 10 representing the refueling filtration accuracy of 20 and 10 microns, respectively.

 

4. For new users, our factory will assign technical staff to guide the installation and debugging.
