The bottom edge of the plow blade contacts the belt, completing the unloading process. After completion, the frame retracts, the plow head elevates, the deformed idler roller resumes its trough shape, and the belt returns to its trough, allowing the material to pass smoothly.

Structural Features

1.The plow blade can be single or double. The front plow blade is made of chrome-nickel stainless steel, while the rear one is made of high-density polyethylene plate. Both plow blades are replaceable, ensuring clean unloading and tape protection.

2.The plow lock mechanism has undergone significant improvements. The locking is reliable, ensuring the plow does not lift or vibrate during operation, and it can be adjusted for plow height. The position is close to the belt, with no material leakage.

3.The drive unit employs an electro-hydraulic actuator. It achieves mechanical and electrical integration, with a fully sealed oil circuit that can withstand harsh working conditions. Depending on customer requirements, we can provide either a manual/hydraulic actuator with triple power or a mechanical self-locking electro-hydraulic actuator.

4.The deformed roller assembly synchronizes with the mechanical actuator for operation. With one actuator cycle, the roller assembly automatically transforms from V-shaped to flat and back to V-shaped.
