DYTN Type Single-Sided and Double-Sided Electro-Hydraulic Plow-Type Discharge Unit is suitable for uniform unloading on belt conveyors with a belt width of 500-1600mm. 1600 Discharge Unit The electro-hydraulic犁卸料器 is powered by an electro-hydraulic push rod, propelling the frame forward to lower the plow blade and support the flat roller. The lower edge of the blade conforms to the belt, achieving unloading. After completion, the frame retracts, the plow blade lifts, the deformed roller returns to its trough shape, and the belt resumes its trough shape, allowing the material to pass smoothly.
Structural Features
1. The plow can be single or double. The front blade is made of chromium-nickel stainless steel, while the rear blade is crafted from high-density polyethylene. Both blades are interchangeable, ensuring clean unloading and tape protection.
2. The plow lock mechanism has undergone significant improvements. The locking is reliable, ensuring the plow does not lift or vibrate during operation, and it can be adjusted for plow height. The position is close to the belt, with no material leakage.
3. The drive unit employs electro-hydraulic push rods. It achieves mechanical and electrical integration, with a fully sealed oil circuit that can operate in harsh environments. According to customer requirements, we can provide either a manual/electric/hydraulic push rod or a mechanical self-locking electro-hydraulic push rod.
4. The deformed roller assembly synchronizes with the hydraulic push rod mechanism, where one cycle of the push rod causes the roller assembly to automatically transition from a trough shape to flat and back to a trough shape.
5. Motor protection ratings are determined based on the environment; for flammable and explosive conditions, use an IP54 motor.

2. Normally, buffer lock gas nozzles and electrical control totals are not included. Register for them at the time of order if required.
3. The scraper unloader is available in two types: Type I and Type II. Please specify when ordering.
