Section 1: Operating Principle of鄂式Valve:

The鄂式valve is manually or mechanically actuated to move the lever, which drives the gear to rotate the sector gate around the axis, causing the two sector gates to open to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator moves the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material. The jaw type gate valve is suitable for dry bulk materials with a specific gravity of 2.5t/m³, including various ores, coal, coke, slag, chemical products, etc., and is widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemicals, and glass for bottom unloading of storage.

Section II:鄂式 Valve Structural Characteristics:

The鄂type gate valve consists of the body, sector gate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator components. Manual operation or the actuator drives the lever, causing the gears to rotate the sector gate around the shaft, opening the two sector gates to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material.

Section 3:鄂式阀 Usage Instructions:

1. Please note the medium flow direction marked on the gate body during installation. When connecting the flanges, add a sealing gasket and then tighten the bolts evenly.

2. Ensure you identify the correct opening and closing direction of the butterfly gate during operation, and properly wire the actuator.

3. Regularly lubricate all传动 parts during operation.
