Operating Principle:
The gate valve consists of components such as the main body, a sector gate, shaft, gears, sealing pairs, and an actuating mechanism. A handwheel or actuating mechanism moves the lever, causing the gears to rotate the sector gate around the shaft, opening the two sector gates to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuating mechanism moves the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material.
Instructions for Use:
l Please note the medium flow direction marked on the gate body during installation. When connecting the two flanges, it is essential to add sealing washers, then tighten the bolts evenly.
l Ensure you identify the switch direction of the butterfly gate during operation, and properly wire the actuator.
l Please regularly apply lubricant to all transmission parts during operation.
