Application:
A mixture of one or more materials (such as water-soluble solids, liquids, or gels, etc.) is dissolved in another liquid phase, forming a relatively stable emulsion with water. Widely applicable for emulsifying and blending of raw and auxiliary materials like edible oils, powders, sugars, etc. Emulsification tanks are also used in the emulsification and dispersion of certain paints and varnishes, particularly suitable for difficultly soluble gel-like additives such as CMC and xanthan gum.

Features:

An emulsifying tank is a three-coaxial stirring mixer suitable for stable, homogeneous emulsification. The resulting particles are extremely small, with the quality of the emulsion depending on how the particles are distributed during the preparation stage. Smaller particles have a weaker tendency to aggregate on the surface, thus reducing the likelihood of emulsion breakdown. High-quality emulsion mixing is achieved through the mixing action of reverse blades, under homogenizing and vacuum conditions.
