ND-1 Microcontroller

Product Description
The ND-1 electrostatic precipitator power control system features spark and arc reactions. Compared to the original electrostatic precipitator control system and other types of electrostatic precipitator control systems, the TM-III control system introduces a novel spark monitoring concept that employs either tracking a secondary voltage drop or the distortion of secondary current. The adjustment personnel select one of the spark tracking methods—spark lockout, spark non-lockout, or increased spark lockout with minor spark non-lockout—based on the quality of the secondary current or voltage input signals at the site. Spark control is achieved by using two slopes and directly controlling the SCR's triggering angle to regulate the spark rate. It can directly control the conduction angle of the thyristor based on the detected spark rate, adjusting the secondary voltage accordingly. This achieves a more sensitive tracking and faster adjustment, ultimately achieving high-efficiency dust removal and energy consumption reduction for the precipitator.
