Stainless Steel Mixing Tank

Due to the large footprint of stainless steel mixers, they are typically installed outdoors. As winter approaches, customers with installations facing north or into the wind should take precautions to insulate against the cold. Insulation can be achieved by wrapping materials such as asbestos, raw cotton, cotton batting, or thick clothing around the tank, followed by an additional layer of waterproof plastic sheeting for further insulation.
If the pipes or outlets of a stainless steel agitator tank are frozen, do not use brute force to敲打敲击 the tank to thaw it. Instead, use a hairdryer to blow heat back and forth, or wrap a towel around it and slowly pour warm water over it. Gently tap the water pipes with a hammer until the ice melts. During the thawing process, do not pour boiling water directly over it; alternating hot and cold can cause pipe bursts. During anti-freezing and thawing, customers should choose the appropriate anti-freezing and thawing methods based on the characteristics of their materials to avoid unforeseen accidents during the process.
