Maintenance and Care of High-Speed Mixers
1. The high-speed mixer tank is a pressure vessel. The heat exchanger is also considered pressureless if the pipeline is clear. Please check for any blockages at the inlets and outlets if the pressure is too high.
2. Regularly replace engine oil and clean the oil tank of dirt.
3. If a condenser is installed, determine whether to clean the heat exchange pipes based on the heat exchange efficiency.
4. High-speed mixers must not be overloaded to prevent motor burnout or damage to components such as the reducer.
5. Equipment that is not used for a long period should be cleaned thoroughly, lubricated at all points, and the power supply should be disconnected.
