High-speed mixing tank

Support points for high-speed mixer tank
1. Flange Support, which is a type of suspended support with a flange-shaped bracket welded at the top of the jacket section. It is commonly used in conjunction with other equipment such as condensers, pipelines, and storage tanks. Those opting for flange support require an operation platform. The design of the platform is tailored to the reactor's dimensions, constructed using channel steel, round tubes, and other components, making installation and operation of the associated equipment more convenient.
2. Leg support, which refers to the three or four leg-shaped supports at the jacketed section of the bottom of a high-speed mixer. These are floor-standing supports. For smaller units typically below 500L capacity, this support method eliminates the need for welding an operation platform, making it easier to place and move. However, it is crucial to determine the leg length, which is essentially the height from the bottom valve to the ground. The leg length is usually around 50mm.
