Overview
The entire equipment is divided into four parts: the heating evaporation chamber, heating jacket, vapor-liquid separator, and agitator. Based on jacket heating and extensive research, our factory has designed internal heating and internal circulation heating, the evaporation crystallization pot. Users have reported that its evaporation effect is 1.8 times higher than that of external heating (jacket heating).
The equipment's contact parts with products are all made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti. The heating evaporation chamber, resembling a cylindrical shell, is divided into two sections for ease of installation and maintenance, with materials of different thicknesses processed separately and connected with flanges. The bottom can be machined into hemispherical, disc-shaped, or conical shapes on the vessel body. Both upper and lower cylindrical sections are equipped with sight glasses to observe the boiling state of the solution, the height of entrained droplets, the concentration of the solution, the size and distribution of crystals, etc. The opening in the pot body is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. The lower part of the pot is fitted with a heating jacket, whose height is determined by calculating the required evaporation area.
The agitation currently employs anchor-type agitators, with a speed range of 6-15 RPM. The installation of the agitation uses a lower shaft setup, which can shorten the shaft length and facilitate installation and maintenance.
