The J941H Electric Stop Valve falls under the category of electric stop valves. Depending on the control type of the actuator, it can generally be divided into: ordinary on-off type, intelligent adjustment type, all-in-one on-off type, ordinary explosion-proof type, mine explosion-proof type, explosion-proof adjustment type, intrinsically safe intelligent integrated on-off type, and intrinsically safe intelligent integrated adjustment type. Among them, the MA coal mine explosion-proof products are available in two types: dI and dIIBT4. The dI type is suitable for non-mining areas in coal mines; the dIIBT4 type is for factory environments and can be used in gas mixtures classified as IIA, IIB, T1 to T4 groups. The product meets the relevant standards, with the general type complying with JB/T8528 - 1997 "Technical Conditions for Electric Actuators of General Valves"; the explosion-proof type conforms to GB3836.1 - 2000 "General Requirements for Explosion-Proof Electrical Equipment Used in Explosive Atmospheres" and JB/T8529 - 1997 "Technical Conditions for Explosion-Proof Electric Actuators of Valves," and has passed the inspection of the Explosion-Proof Electrical Product Testing Center, obtaining the explosion-proof certificate.

The integrated electrical assembly is derived from the Z standard type, adding numerous electrical and electronic components. The electrical part of the standard model is mainly composed of the multifunctional module MK1, remote control module MK2, button box indicator lights, opening gauge, contactors, and more. The multifunctional module MK1 consists of the phase identifier XS, interlock protector HB for contactors, and DC power supply; the remote module MK2 is composed of four solid-state relays and three rotary switches.

2. The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and seat are made of iron-based alloy surfacing or Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy surfacing, featuring excellent properties such as wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and anti-abrasion, ensuring a long service life.

3. The valve rod has been treated with quenching and surface nitriding, offering excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance.

4. Multiple pipe flange standards and sealing surface types are available to meet various engineering requirements and customer needs.

5. Valve bodies are available in a wide variety of materials. Seals and gaskets can be reasonably selected based on actual operating conditions or customer requirements, suitable for various pressure, temperature, and medium conditions.

6. The inverted seal uses a threaded connection seal seat or autogenous welding of austenitic stainless steel, ensuring reliable sealing. Additionally, the packing can be replaced without shutting down the machine, offering convenience and efficiency without disrupting the normal operation of the system.

7. Equipped with the compact and lightweight DZW series multi-revolution electric units, featuring comprehensive functions, these can be paired with remote computers or customized with other electric units as per customer requirements.

8. During the opening and closing process of the valve, the friction between the sealing pairs is minimal.

9. Valve opening and closing travel is short, with minimal opening time.

10. Utilizing ZB\ZJ series mine valve electric actuators, ensuring safety and reliability.
