The contract becomes effective upon receipt of the deposit, with the supplier arranging production. The supplier ships the goods upon receipt of the remaining balance.

II. Return and Exchange Policy

1. If the return is due to the buyer's reasons, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs and other expenses such as inbound and outbound warehouse fees.

2. No returns or exchanges for processed, cut, or damaged steel.

3. In case of returns due to the supplier's reasons, the supplier is responsible for the exchange and bears the round-trip costs.
