Delivery conditions include hard state (but the tube is harder, with a higher yield strength, not suitable for expansion or bending) and soft state (the tube is softer, with yield strength meeting standards, suitable for expansion and bending). After cold rolling, the inner and outer diameters and wall thicknesses are within ±0.02-0.05mm. The inner and outer surfaces have a smoothness of Ra < 0.8μm, and can be processed to a wall thickness of 0.5mm. After polishing, the inner and outer surfaces can achieve a smoothness of Ra < 0.2-0.4μm (like a mirror surface), suitable for precision turned tubes with high accuracy requirements for inner and outer diameters, and for sanitary (food) seamless stainless steel tubes.

Payment Methods
1. A 20%-30% deposit is required upfront; shipment upon receipt of payment and upon confirmation of quality; (This method is suitable for customized products).
2. Weigh according to actual net weight; foreign trade orders can also be delivered on a net weight basis as per customer's request. The contract becomes effective upon receipt of the deposit, and the supplier arranges production. The remaining payment is due before the supplier ships the goods.
Section II: Return and Exchange Policy
1. If the return is due to the buyer's reason, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs and other fees such as warehousing and inventory handling.
2. Steel products that have been processed, cut, or damaged are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. In case of returns due to the supplier's reasons, the supplier is responsible for the exchange and bears the round-trip costs.
