Welded Pipe: A professional manufacturer of large diameter stainless steel welded pipes, offering pipes with wall thickness exceeding 168mm. We can customize and produce pipes according to customer requirements, including those below 325mm diameter, which are produced via online plasma automatic welding. These pipes meet the three-scan inspection standards. For diameters above 325mm, we use single-pot submerged arc semi-automatic welding for the large diameter pipes, ensuring even and aesthetically pleasing welds, and X-ray inspections to guarantee product performance and quality. We also produce custom-made pipes in special materials such as 2205, 2507, 310S, and 904L.

Cold rolled tube outer and inner diameters and wall thicknesses are ± less than 0.02-0.05mm. Outer and inner tube surfaces have a smoothness of Ra < 0.8μm, and can be processed down to a wall thickness of 0.5mm. After polishing, the outer and inner surface smoothness can reach Ra < 0.2-0.4μm (like a mirror surface). Used for turning workpieces with high precision on tube outer and inner diameters, as well as for sanitary (food) seamless stainless steel tubes.

Payment Methods
1. A 20%-30% deposit is required upfront, shipment upon receipt of payment and confirmation of quality; (This method is suitable for customized products.)
2. Weight is calculated based on actual weighing. Export orders can also be delivered net weight as requested. The contract becomes effective upon receipt of the deposit, with the supplier arranging production. The supplier ships the goods upon receipt of the remaining payment.
Section II: Return and Exchange Policy
1. In case of returns due to the buyer's reasons, the buyer is responsible for the logistics fees, as well as the costs of in and out of stock.
2. Steel products that have been processed, cut, or damaged are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. In case of returns due to the supplier's reasons, the supplier is responsible for the exchange and bear the round-trip costs.
