TP321 and TP321H are different; TP321H is high-carbon and more heat-resistant.
TP321 is a 321 Austenitic Stainless Steel, equivalent to the domestic grade 0Cr18Ni10Ti. 321 Stainless Steel is a Ni-Cr-Mo type Austenitic Stainless Steel, with performance very similar to 304, but with the addition of titanium, it offers improved grain boundary corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength. The addition of titanium effectively controls the formation of chromium carbides. This alloy has excellent welding properties and can be joined using various methods such as gas tungsten arc welding, argon arc welding, resistance welding, and brazing. Large or complex welded assemblies should be annealed for 1 hour at 870℃ after melting to relieve welding stress.
321H is a U.S. standard Austenitic heat-resisting steel forgings, complying with standard: ASTM A959-2011.
321H is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel with excellent overall corrosion resistance. It boasts superior intergranular corrosion resistance when exposed to temperatures ranging from 800-1500°F (427-816°C) for carbide precipitation. This alloy can withstand oxidation up to 1500°F (816°C) and exhibits higher creep and stress-rupture properties than alloys 304 and 304L. Additionally, it maintains good low-temperature toughness.

321H Stainless Steel: This steel boasts excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in oxidizing media. Due to its good heat resistance and oxidation resistance, it is often used as heat-resistant steel.
