I. Performance and Features
Membrane Cleaning Agent RL-101/102 Liquid Formula, suitable for all membrane elements. Low pH RL-101 is used for removing metal oxides, calcium carbonate, and other types of scale, foam-free formula; membrane manufacturer's specification: dilute and adjust pH to 2.0~3.0 when in use. High pH RL-102 effectively removes oil, organic matter, and biological sludge, etc., foaming formula; membrane manufacturer's specification: dilute and adjust pH to 11.0~13.0 when in use.

3. Usage Instructions
Inspect and clean the water tank, pipelines, and security filter. Replace the filter element if necessary.
(2) Pour an appropriate amount of pure water or clean water into the cleaning box, and heat it to 25 ± 5°C.
(3) Gradually add the film cleaner (RL-101 or RL-102), and circulate the cleaning solution using the清水 pump, then measure the pH value.
(4) Recirculate cleaning based on the severity of contamination, typically 1-10 hours. If the duration is extended, soak for a while before recirculating. During the cleaning process, take samples to observe the cleaning effect, such as the turbidity, color change, and the presence of flocculent matter. Measure the pH value every 5-20 minutes; add a certain amount of cleaning agent when the pH changes until it no longer varies, indicating the cleaning is complete.
(5) In severe contamination cases, it may be necessary to completely flush out and dispose of the cleaning fluid to prevent re-deposition of pollutants, and then reconstitute the cleaning fluid.
(6) During the cycle, be mindful of the rising temperature and ensure it does not exceed the specified limit.
(7) The low pH cleaner RL-101 and the high pH cleaner RL-102 have different applications. The selection and usage sequence should be determined based on the operating site conditions, or consult with a technical engineer.
(8) After alternating the cleaning with low pH cleaner RL101 and high pH cleaner RL-102, thoroughly rinse with high-quality water.
If necessary, pairing with a disinfectant and film-specific maintenance agent enhances performance.
