The model specifications of fire-retardant packages mainly include the 720 model, the 400 model, and the 250 model, with each model's specifications, dimensions, and weight as follows:
720 Type Fire Retardant Packet: External dimensions of 320*180*40mm, each packet weighs 720g, approximately 500 packets per cubic meter, usually 20 small packets are packed into 1 large packet for sale.
400 Type Fire Retardant Packet: External dimensions of 280*150*30mm, each packet weighs 400g, approximately 780 packets per cubic meter, usually 30 small packets are packed into 1 large packet for sale.
250 Type Fire Retardant Packet: Dimensions of 250*150*30mm, each packet weighs 250g, approximately 1000 packets per cubic meter, usually 40 small packets are packed into 1 large packet for sale.
Fire-retardant package applications and installation methods:
Firestop packs are primarily used for fireproof sealing at cable penetration holes in power plants, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, petrochemical facilities, etc., particularly suitable for situations where cables need to be frequently replaced or added.
The construction methods include:
Clear the blocked working surface to ensure there is no oil, dust, or other foreign matter.
Arrange and stack the flame-retardant bags neatly around the cable's贯穿孔洞, compress them, and then stack them sequentially to ensure they are sealed tightly, completely, with no gaps left.
For penetration holes through floors or equipment, first secure steel frames or steel mesh at the bottom of the hole, apply fire-retardant paint, and seal with packing material with a thickness of no less than 24 centimeters. The top may be covered with a plate or other fire-resistant decorative items as required on-site.
Material and performance characteristics of fire-retardant packages:
The flame-retardant blanket is made into a bag from specially treated glass fiber cloth, filled with special refractory, thermal insulation, and expansion materials inside. It is non-flammable, with a fire resistance limit of over 4 hours, and has good fireproof and moisture-resistant properties, free of harmful substances like asbestos. Under higher temperatures, the blanket expands and solidifies, forming a sealed layer that insulates and smoke-seals, effectively preventing the spread of fire.
Packaging and Transportation
1. Fire-resistant packages are wrapped with fire-resistant fabric bags, then packaged in cardboard boxes or woven bags, and stored in a cool and dry place.
2. Transport as ordinary safety solid substance, preventing rain and exposure to direct sunlight.
