Details:
A concentrative solution treatment emulsifier is a process in which two or more immiscible liquids are uniformly mixed to form a dispersion system under the action of ultrasonic energy, with one liquid evenly distributed within the other to create an emulsion. To produce an oil-in-water emulsion, the maximum acoustic intensity required is significantly lower than that for making an oil-out-water emulsion. The type of acoustic field affects the emulsification process, i.e., applying certain traveling waves. Compared to applying some standing waves, the process efficiency is improved.
