An ultrasonic spray equipment is a small to medium-sized ultrasonic spray device, typically equipped with a 60KH2 ultrasonic nozzle. Depending on the spray requirements, nozzles are available in types such as converging, diverging, and spiral. The entire system is controlled in real-time by a new generation motion system, utilizing G-code programming, with no limitations on the spray path. The working principle of the ultrasonic nozzle is to convert high-frequency sound waves into mechanical energy, which then transforms into liquid, creating standing waves. As the liquid leaves the atomizing surface of the nozzle, it is broken down into a fine mist composed of uniformly sized micrometer droplets. Unlike pressure nozzles, ultrasonic nozzles do not use high pressure to force the liquid through small holes to produce a mist. The liquid is injected into the center of the nozzle through an opening with a relatively large orifice, without pressure, and is atomized due to the ultrasonic vibration within the nozzle. Each ultrasonic nozzle operates at a specific resonance frequency, which determines the median size of the droplets. For example, 60 nozzles can produce an intermediate droplet size of 20 micrometers (when spraying water). The higher the frequency, the smaller the intermediate droplet size.
