Galvanized Steel Plate Water Tank Features

The galvanized steel plate water tank is made by stamping Q235 steel plate, forming standard panels of 1000×1000, 1000×500, and 500×500. After hot-dip galvanizing, they become galvanized tank panels. Features include: 1. Bolted connection, assembled on-site for quick and convenient assembly. Sealing strips are used during assembly to prevent leakage and poor sealing. 2. The rod structure inside the tank ensures reasonable mechanical properties. Zhuxing galvanized water tanks have no special requirements for the installation site, do not require hoisting equipment, and can meet the user's volume requirements.

Galvanized steel plate water tank composition

The galvanized steel plate water tank is made with HSC series porcelain shaft [quartz feldspar flint] mineral materials, using carbon steel plate which is sintered into shape at a high temperature of 1300°C. The assembled enamel steel plate water tank consists of enamel steel plate sections, supported by channel steel bottom frames, reinforced internally with stainless steel reinforcing bars, sealed with rubber strips between sections, and secured with bolts to enhance strength. The storage capacity ranges from 1.0 to 1000 cubic meters, and can be manufactured in sizes to meet customer requirements. The diameter and location of the inlet, outlet, and overflow pipes are determined by design; there should be at least 600mm of space around the tank, with the bottom and top requiring at least 800mm. During installation, the gaps between the bottom of the tank and standard plates should rest on the supports.
